The No. 10 Shirt Lamine Wore for the First Hat-Trick of His Barça Career

On 16 July 2025, Barcelona made it official: Lamine Yamal was their new No. 10. He had only turned 18 three days earlier, yet the club was already handing him the number previously worn by names including Ronaldinho, Messi and Ansu Fati.

Then, on 28 February 2026, the number got its first hat-trick story. Against Villarreal at Camp Nou, Lamine scored three times in a 4-1 victory, the first senior hat-trick of his Barcelona career. His second was the standout, beating defenders before firing into the top corner.

The treble took him to 18 goals in all competitions, making him Barça’s leading scorer at that point in the season. So this wasn’t simply Lamine’s first shirt with the famous No. 10, it became the shirt in which he produced his first Barça hat-trick and started building his own history with the number.
