PSG 2003/04 Nike Track Jacket (XL)

This Nike track jacket comes from the season PSG finally woke up after several difficult years.

Paris had not won a trophy since 1998 when Vahid Halilhodžić took charge for 2003/04. At the same time, the club signed Portuguese striker Pedro Miguel Pauleta, who would go on to become one of PSG’s defining players of the decade. 

The turnaround was immediate. PSG finished second in Ligue 1 with 76 points, only three behind champions Lyon and one ahead of Monaco. It was one of the club’s strongest league campaigns of the pre-QSI era. 

Then came the Coupe de France. Paris reached the final against second-division Châteauroux at the Stade de France on 29 May 2004. Pauleta scored the only goal in a 1-0 victory, giving PSG their first trophy in six years. 

The jacket itself is a very early-2000s Nike piece: instead of PSG’s usual navy-and-red match colours, the tracksuit used a cream/gold base with sweeping navy panels, creating a much more unusual off-pitch look.

So this is not just random training-era clothing, it comes from Pauleta’s arrival, a title challenge and the season PSG finally won something again.
