Herrera’s Goals Against Liverpool and Arsenal

This Manchester United 2015/16 home shirt comes from Ander Herrera’s second season at Old Trafford.

Herrera scored three times while United wore this exact red home design. Against Liverpool, he won and converted a penalty in a 3–1 victory. He also scored during the 5–1 Europa League comeback against Midtjylland.

His most important goal in the shirt came against Arsenal. With United leading 2–1, Herrera scored the decisive third goal in a famous 3–2 victory inspired by two goals from Marcus Rashford on his Premier League debut.

The season ended with United winning the FA Cup, their first major trophy since Sir Alex Ferguson’s retirement. The shirt also began a new chapter in the club’s history, marking Adidas’ return as kit manufacturer after 23 years.
