Athens Kallithea 2024/26 Away Long-Sleeve Shirt (Multiple Sizes)

Athens Kallithea’s modern image may feel new, but this away shirt reaches back to the club’s earliest years.

After the club was founded in 1966, Kallithea played in white shirts with navy shorts. The colour combination reminded supporters of the England national team and the side picked up the nickname “England”. Kappa used that piece of club history as the basis for this away shirt rather than inventing a random retro story after the fact. 

The shirt also carries EMΣT, the National Museum of Contemporary Art Athens, across the chest. It is an unusual partnership between a football club and a major cultural institution and by this release it had already entered its second year. 

Athens Kallithea then kept the design for a second season instead of replacing it after one year, which is why the official shop dates it 2024–26. That decision fits the shirt perfectly: the whole point is to revive a piece of the club’s identity, not create something disposable for one campaign. 

The long-sleeve version is probably the strongest way to own it. The old-school football reference feels more natural, while the museum sponsor gives it the kind of detail people notice even when they have never heard the “England” story before.
