Badalona Finished Just One Point Above the Drop Zone

Badalona went into 2022/23 having just dropped from Segunda RFEF, so the expectation was to steady things in Tercera Federación. Instead, they found themselves fighting at the other end of the table for most of the year.

They eventually finished 13th with 31 points from 30 matches, recording seven wins, ten draws and 13 defeats. The margins were tiny: Vilafranca ended on 30 points, Vilassar de Mar on 28 and Sants on 24. 

So this blue Luanvi track jacket comes from one of those seasons that looks modest on paper but becomes more interesting once you know the context. Badalona were coming off relegation, spent the year trying to stabilise and finished just clear enough to stay alive, exactly the kind of specific club chapter that makes an otherwise simple training piece feel much more worth having.
