When Inter Turned Their Pirelli Sponsor Into a Racing Collection

Inter and Pirelli had already been together for almost 25 years when Nike created the Racing Collection in 2019. Instead of making another normal football range, they built a nine-piece lifestyle capsule around Pirelli’s motorsport history.

The collection used black and yellow throughout, with racing-inspired graphics and details taken from track flags and drivers’ clothing. This polo was one of the pieces released as part of that special range.

It also connected directly to Inter’s 2019/20 third kit, where Pirelli’s original red-and-yellow logo appeared on an Inter shirt for the first time. That made the whole collection a rare crossover between Inter football culture and Pirelli’s racing identity.
